Do you wish to start a new worksheet?
No problem. You can close this page now. If a lead sends you a join link, just open it.
The person who starts it is the lead. You can then add responders, who type into the same worksheet, and share the Scene Summary with HQ. Starting one needs the lead user name and password.
Choose one of the options below or wait for a link from the lead.
Ask to join if you do not know who the lead is, they are busy, or you are joining remotely. The lead taps Approve and this page joins by itself.
1. Tap your event
Copy this and send it to the lead:
Log in here to view the data summaries for every open worksheet.
HQ: Log In to View Data SummariesOnly leads can start a worksheet. Enter the lead user name and password. Responders: ask your lead for a join link instead.
Tap a box and type. There is no Save button: everything saves by itself.
Saved on this device.
For your team on scene
You started this worksheet, so you are its lead. Add a responder sends a link; whoever opens it types into this same worksheet with you. Add a lead gives someone already on it the lead's buttons, for example if you are leaving the scene.
For HQ
The Scene Summary is the whole worksheet, read only, updating by itself. Leads open it with the Scene Summary switch at the top of the page. HQ opens the link with the HQ log in.
You were sent a link to a shared worksheet. This device already has a worksheet of its own with entries in it. If you join, this device switches to the shared one. Your own worksheet stays saved, and HQ can still see it.
Read only. This page shows the worksheet as it is being filled in and updates by itself every few seconds. Boxes that just changed flash yellow.
